Leroy - The Boss (in his own head!)

Hailing from just outside of Sheffield but having moved to Sweden from Tenerife 19 years ago, Leroy is the main man at Paddington's and refers to himself as "the kingpin". Able to make small talk, play darts, pour thirteen Hof, take food orders, supervise the staff, keep an eye on his kids, discipline troublemakers, have 20 holidays a year, and drink a cup of tea - all at the same time. Despite the phenomenal quantities of English breakfast tea he can drink in one day, Leroy's favourite drink is "anything liquid." Most likely to be heard saying: "Time gentlemen, please!"and "Come on, drink more... I need a holiday!"

Mike - The Real Boss

Keny - "Special K"

Enormous Scotsman whose career spans tour management, shop-management,voice-over artistry, bodyguarding duties, flipant replies and cocktail shaking (ask him for a "dirty Martini" and see where it gets you). Nowadays, Keny describes himself as an 'inveterate barman', but we're not so sure that all of the regulars would agree with him - particularly not after they've heard his jokes. His favourite drink is red wine. Most likely to be heard saying: "What can I get you?" or something involving the word "defenestrate".

Nathan (who thinks he's the boss)

Well, what can be said? Fanatical masocist (supports Liverpool...), trainer loving Englishman, with a fine string of sarcastic wit well known from honoury scousers. Favourite drink is 'alcoholic in a bottle'. Often confused as the owner due to him working more than them combined!
